食材:
蔬菜油2匙 ,蒜頭碎, 紅蔥頭碎,五花肉300g,冰糖一大匙,醬油3大匙,水半杯,花生醬一匙,五香粉1匙
1.五花肉絞肉,買回先洗淨
2.紅蔥頭八顆,切片,備用
3.蒜頭八顆,切片,備用
4.中火起油鍋,炒香紅蔥頭及蒜頭
5.炒至金黃,此時香味己出現了
6.加入絞肉
7.加入冰糖,炒至焦糖化
8.加入醬油.,花生醬,水
9.可依個人喜好加入蔥及辣椒,再煮15分
10香噴噴裝盤囉
